Dads, Uncles, Granddads etc…—it’s time to ditch the screens, grab the kids (boys and girls), and head into the wild!
Kindling & Kin is a unique, men-and-children-only outdoor experience hosted in the stunning woodlands of Weston Park. specifically created to allow the space to team up, master epic survival skills, and bond with your kids through forest skills and bushcraft

How much?
Introductory offer of £25 for 1 adult and 1 child any extra people (big or small) will cost an extra £5.
What will we be doing?
Led by a fully qualified bushcraft instructor, you will dive into a 3.5-hour, skills building and fun adventure.
Together, you will master:
- 🔥 Fire Lighting: Learn the ancient art of sparking a blaze from scratch.
- ⛺ Den Building: Construct the ultimate wilderness shelter out of tarps and blankets
- 🍳 Outdoor Cooking: make some tasty snacks over an open campfire.
- 🛠️ Bushcraft Skills: Master essential tools and outdoor survival skills.
- 🌲 Woodland Knowledge: Become an expert on the secret life of the forest.
- 🤪 And a massive chunk of fun!

🥾 Clothing & Footwear
- Sturdy boots or old trainers: Essential for uneven woodland terrain and den building. Strictly no open-toed shoes or flip-flops.
- Layers, layers, layers: It is easier to take a jumper off than it is to warm up
- Waterproof jacket: Crucial for British weather, even if the forecast looks clear.
- Trousers you don’t mind getting dirty: Brambles, mud, and charcoal are guaranteed.
